Agile Program Manager (Glendale, CA or Burbank, CA - Hybrid) Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment organization, is seeking an Agile Program Manager to support complex, cross-functional initiatives within a data-driven technology environment. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating multiple interdependent projects across Agile teams in a complex technical environment. This role will oversee end-to-end program execution, including planning, delivery tracking, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate brings strong Agile program management experience, the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, and comfort working in data-centric and analytics-driven environments. This individual will translate technical and operational inputs into structured execution plans, reporting, and actionable insights to support delivery and decision-making. What the right candidate will enjoy: Opportunity to lead delivery execution and program-level oversight across complex technical workstreams Exposure to data-driven systems, analytics platforms, and enterprise technology initiatives Collaboration with cross-functional teams in a highly visible environment What type of experience does the right candidate have: 5-8+ years of experience in Program Management, Portfolio Management, or delivery leadership roles Strong Agile experience (Scrum, Scrum-of-Scrums, or SAFe environments) Experience working in data-centric, analytics-driven, or technology environments Strong organizational, prioritization, and risk management skills Ability to interpret and communicate data and performance measurement concepts Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Airtable, Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake (or similar platforms) What the responsibilities are of the right candidate: Manage, coordinate, and deliver complex programs across multiple workstreams Oversee all aspects of program execution including scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and issue management Act as a delivery lead for Agile team execution and cross-team alignment Provide program-level oversight ensuring visibility into milestones, risks, and overall program health Manage labor forecasting, capacity planning, budget reconciliation, and financial tracking Translate resource utilization and performance data into actionable planning decisions Facilitate cross-functional coordination, including Scrum-of-Scrums and recurring stakeholder reporting
