- 5/10/2026 Key Responsibilities Key responsibilities and day to day responsibilities of this position: Supporting the Program Manager with administrative duties and carrying a partial caseload to support the Intensive Care Coordination workforce Promote the program with system, and community partners and stakeholders, collaborate with new partners and maintain relationships in the community to generate referrals Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to staff children, youth, young adults and families Provide the Program Manager and administration with suggestions for improvement and change Support workforce as needed in the absence of the Program Manager Implement case management by using the High Fidelity Wraparound Model when working with families in the community; carry a caseload and maintain face-to-face expectations in the field dependent upon workload Support with care taking of the fleet vehicles and mileage forms Support the Department of Health and Human Services core values and overall mission Develop ideas for staff meeting activities and overall training/ learning opportunities In the absence of the Program Manager, maintain routine contact with the Clinical Administrator and elevate any concerns or issues to the Clinical Administrator Support new employees with shadowing opportunities and mentorship in the field Support the Program Manager in coaching and mentoring the Intensive Care Coordination workforce as needed Complete routine review of the electronic health records; demonstrate ability to document proficiently and within the required deadline Qualifications Minimum or "day-one" qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in a social services related field Knowledge of state and community child and adult-serving agencies Experience in communicating effectively with a general audience Proven ability to listen, read and understand information presented in multiple formats Advanced problem solving skills Effectively manage a schedule that is primarily in the field but includes some office work Preferred or trainable/on-the-job qualifications: Bachelor degree Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, or equivalent 3-5 years experience working in a social services field About the Role Location•178 North 200 East St George, Utah, 84770 United States Background Check Required•Yes Drug Test Required•No Schedule Code•TL•Time limited Why You Should Join Our Team In Utah, we believe hard work is important, but balance is essential.
