Behavior Specialist

Shift Consultation LLC provides behavioral health support in the state of Oregon. We provide behavior consultation for aging adults who live in care settings. We are looking for reliable, kind and flexible individuals to provide in-person visits and interviews with our clients and their caregivers. These meetings are a crucial part of getting to know our clients, their environment and their needs. Behavior Specialists work with a supervisor to perform assessments, write behavior plans, train teams and provide ongoing support to existing clients. This position is a combination of remote work and in-person visits which are scheduled at your own convenience. It is a part time, W-2 position. Pay is determined based on experience level and all drive time is paid at your typical rate. If a candidate has experience in implementing and writing positive behavior support plans they will be eligible for the higher range of pay.

• Experience working with aging adults or people with disabilities
• Reliable Transportation
• Strong communication and self management
