The pay for this position starts at $22.00/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $25.58/hour.   • Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder.
This position is located at Webster House in Webster, MA. This is aoff campus group home and serves co-ed youth, ages 6 to 12, on a rapid reintegration care program. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the emphasis at the program is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible. As a Case Coordinator, you will: Work closely with the Program Manager and the Clinician to provide case management services as a liaison between center, families, agencies, social workers, lawyers and other involved parties. Will complete QI responsibilities for programs as well as gather clinical information and complete documentation as assigned. Serve as a member of individual treatment teams, program milieu team, and QI team.

Provide and ensure therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment. Engage with youth in a meaningful and positive manner, teaching and prompting appropriate behaviors, and providing positive reinforcement for the same. Teach and assist with Activities of Daily (ADL) Living Skills. Possess adequate organizational and communication skills needed to complete required documentation, such as progress notes and incident reports. Qualifications Job Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid driver's license required. High School Diploma with three years of congregate care experience or Bachelor's degree with one year of congregate care experience required. Degrees in the subject area of psychology, social work, sociology, or related field preferred. Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
