In partnership with Covenant Women's Health, we serve a diverse patient population, including a high percentage of African American and Spanish-speaking women. Our work is centered on helping self-pay and Medicaid patients access high-quality gynecologic and integrated primary care services, while addressing key social determinants of health such as affordability, insurance access, and health education. About the Role This is a hands-on, mission-driven role for someone passionate about women's health, community impact, and improving access to care. You will work directly with leadership to support programs that help women—particularly those who are uninsured or underinsured—navigate the healthcare system, access coverage, and connect to quality care. This role starts part-time with a clear path to transition into a full-time position with increased responsibility and performance-based bonuses. Key Responsibilities Patient Access & Enrollment Support self-pay and Medicaid patients in accessing affordable healthcare services Assist patients in enrolling in health insurance and assistance programs Provide guidance navigating access to gynecologic and primary care services Track and follow up on patient enrollment and engagement Community Outreach & Partnerships Support outreach efforts focused on women's health education and access to care Engage with community organizations and local partners serving diverse populations Assist with events and initiatives in African American and Spanish-speaking communities Program Operations & Coordination Maintain trackers for patient enrollments and outreach activities Coordinate with internal team members and virtual assistants Ensure consistent follow-through on key workflows and initiatives What We're Looking For Required 1-4 years of experience in healthcare, public health, or related field Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable engaging with diverse patient populations Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through Preferred Background in public health, healthcare administration, or community health Experience working with Medicaid or uninsured patient populations Bilingual (Spanish) is a strong plus Familiarity with insurance enrollment or care coordination MPH or similar degree (or working toward one) What Makes This Role Unique Direct impact on improving women's health outcomes in underserved communities Focus on helping patients access high-quality GYN and integrated primary care Work addressing real-world barriers to care and social determinants of health Hands-on experience building and scaling community health programs Direct exposure to leadership with a clear path for growth
Compensation & Growth Part-Time Start:
