Partner with account sales teams to develop and execute strategic plans that grow ancillary product share within key accounts Serve as a subject matter expert across Steelcase's ancillary portfolio, including Coalesse, Viccarbe, Orangebox, West Elm Work, and partner brands Lead client-facing engagements to position solutions, respond to bids/RFPs, and deliver tailored recommendations Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in strategic accounts Collaborate on account planning and forecasting to identify growth opportunities and align with broader sales goals Represent Steelcase's ancillary brands at client meetings and strategic touchpoints Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of demonstrated sales success in contract furniture or a closely related field Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office; familiarity with CET Designer is a plus Ability to travel approximately 30% for client engagements and strategic initiatives Based in New York City Desired Skills and Experience Deep understanding of ancillary furniture solutions and workplace strategy Proven ability to influence purchasing decisions and manage complex sales cycles Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team-selling environment Doing Better for People and Planet Steelcase is a global design and thought leader in the world of work.
