Director of Enterprise Programs Integrated Electrical Technologies Corporation (IET) Hollywood, Maryland | Hybrid Work Environment Integrated Electrical Technologies Corporation (IET) is a systems integration company specializing in telecommunications infrastructure, electronic security systems, and audiovisual solutions for complex commercial, federal, and institutional environments. For nearly two decades, IET has built a reputation for delivering high-quality installations and program execution through partnerships with leading general contractors and mission-critical clients. As part of our continued growth, IET is seeking a Director of Enterprise Programs to help expand our ability to build, lead, and sustain long-term enterprise relationships with the organizations behind the projects we support. This is a strategic leadership role focused on converting strong project execution into repeatable program opportunities, while helping establish the structure, discipline, and coordination required to scale this capability inside the organization. Position Overview The Director of Enterprise Programs will work closely with executive leadership to develop enterprise-level client relationships, identify and support program opportunities, and help build the operational framework necessary to sustain long-term growth. This role is designed to evolve. During the initial phase, the focus will be on establishing the structural, financial, and operational foundation for this capability. As that foundation is developed and approved, the role is expected to assume increasing responsibility for program performance, including financial accountability and full P&L leadership for the enterprise programs function. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise clients, institutional stakeholders, and key partners Identify, support, and help pursue program opportunities within existing and emerging markets Coordinate closely with operations teams to align pursuit strategy with execution capability Help establish repeatable processes for program development, capture, transition, and execution Maintain financial discipline through margin awareness, forecasting, and operational planning Support development of business plans and growth strategies for the enterprise programs capability Work collaboratively with leadership, finance, and operations to ensure sustainable and scalable growth Help shape the long-term operating model for enterprise program delivery within IET Role Development The first phase of this role will focus on building the operational and strategic foundation required to support enterprise program growth. This includes helping define process, structure, accountability, and alignment across leadership, finance, and operations. Following successful development of that foundation and an approved operational plan, the position is expected to grow into direct ownership of program performance, including increasing financial and operational responsibility for the enterprise programs capability.
Qualifications Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
Experience managing complex programs, portfolios, or major projects within construction, systems integration, mission-critical, or related environments Strong relationship-building and communication capabilities across executive, client, and operational levels Financial and operational acumen in project- or program-based environments Ability to build structured processes, systems, and operating frameworks Leadership capability with the ability to influence and coordinate across multiple functions and stakeholders Strong judgment, initiative, and ownership in developing new capabilities inside a growing organization Experience working with federal, institutional, or mission-critical clients is highly desirable. Work Environment This position operates in a hybrid work environment. The role allows for remote work when appropriate to the responsibilities of the position, while maintaining regular coordination with leadership and operational teams through periodic in-office collaboration.
