Job Description:
The Rosen Group is partnering with a major electric utility client to recruit a Director of Leadership & Employee Development . This is a high-impact executive role for a builder who is genuinely excited about enterprise transformation, fresh ideas, and constructing modern talent infrastructure. The position can be based hybrid/remote in OH, PA, NJ, or W V, and will interface directly with leaders at all levels-from front-line supervisors to the C-suite. The Role at a
Glance:
The Missio n: Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise-wide leadership curricula, career-pathing initiatives, and continuous learning ecosystems.
The Team :
Manage and coach a dedicated team of L&D professionals (instructional design, facilitation, and program delivery).
The Scope :
Drive modern, technology-enabled learning methodologies across both corporate and field operations.
Key Requirements:
10+ years in L&D/Talent Development + 5+ years of people management experience. Proven track record designing leadership programs within a complex, matrixed organization.
Preferred:
Experience in utilities, energy, heavy industrial, or highly regulated environments (ideally working with union/represented and non-represented workforces).
