  • Design and lead orientation experiences that immerse new team members in our culture from day one, setting the tone for long-term engagement and belonging. Home Office and Community Engagement
  • Serve as the culture connector for our Home Office team and foster engagement across our broader community of communities. Culture and engagement programs
  • Develop, coordinate, and evaluate a variety of ongoing culture initiatives — from recognition programs to team events — that reflect Sagora's values and support retention. What we are looking for
  • Background and Skills 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, internal communications, or a related people-focused role A natural relationship-builder who energizes those around them and thrives on connecting people to purpose Strong project management skills — you can juggle multiple programs without dropping the ball Experience designing and facilitating training, orientation, or culture programming Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for storytelling Data-curious — comfortable analyzing survey results and translating them into action plans Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS or engagement platforms a plus A genuine belief that culture is everyone's responsibility — and a passion for making work feel meaningful Experience working with and the ability to relate to front line entry level team members as well as key leaders in the organization.
College degree preferred
