In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of organizational management, ensuring that programs are effectively developed, implemented, and sustained to serve our community. Your leadership will inspire teams, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive the mission forward with energy and purpose. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for the educational justice movement, experience in program development, and a commitment to empowering parents in the Chicago Public School system. Duties Provide overall strategic direction and leadership to ensure the organization's mission is fulfilled with enthusiasm and clarity. Develop, implement, and evaluate innovative programs that meet community needs and align with organizational goals. Manage organizational operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, and administrative functions to maintain efficiency and sustainability. Lead, supervise, and support staff and program teams to foster a motivated, collaborative work environment. Cultivate strong relationships with community partners, funders, government agencies, and families to expand outreach and impact. Advocate passionately for individuals served by promoting awareness, policy change, and community engagement. Qualifications Proven management experience demonstrating effective leadership in nonprofit or social service settings. Extensive background in program development and program management within social work or related fields. Strong relationship management skills to build partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups. Administrative expertise including budgeting, financial oversight, and organizational planning. Supervising experience leading multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
