Our members lead companies across petroleum, convenience retail, distribution, construction, transportation, and related industries. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Facilitator Manager to lead the development, coaching, and performance of our facilitator network. This role is responsible for ensuring a consistent, high-quality member experience across all Study Groups by supporting facilitators, driving best practices, and creating systems that help groups thrive. About the Role The Facilitator Manager serves as the primary leader and coach for Study Groups facilitators, including both employees and independent contractors. Working closely with the Director of Operations, this individual will establish expectations, provide coaching and accountability, oversee facilitator training, and ensure consistent execution of the Study Groups experience across all groups. This is a player-coach role that combines facilitator leadership with limited facilitation responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Facilitator Leadership & Development Serve as the primary point of contact for Study Groups facilitators Establish and communicate facilitator expectations, standards, and deliverables Conduct regular facilitator coaching and development meetings Provide guidance on facilitation techniques, group engagement, and meeting effectiveness Support facilitators in managing group dynamics and member participation Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development Training & Onboarding Design and deliver facilitator onboarding programs Develop ongoing training resources and development opportunities Lead quarterly facilitator meetings focused on alignment, best practices, and growth Share lessons learned and successful approaches across the facilitator network Meeting Quality & Consistency Ensure consistent execution of the Study Groups experience across all groups Review meeting agendas, evaluations, minutes, and follow-up actions Monitor adherence to Study Groups standards, timelines, and expectations Identify opportunities to improve meeting quality and member engagement Facilitator Playbook & Systems Own and continuously improve the Facilitator Playbook Develop and document best practices, tools, and templates Standardize expectations for meeting preparation, facilitation, and follow-up Support facilitators in adopting and applying established processes Group Health & Performance Monitor group engagement, participation, and member satisfaction trends Identify groups that may require additional support or intervention Provide recommendations regarding facilitator alignment and group composition Escalate complex issues as appropriate Performance Measurement Track facilitator and group-level performance indicators Analyze trends related to member satisfaction, engagement, and meeting quality Provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership Use data to drive coaching, training, and process improvements Select Facilitation Responsibilities Facilitate up to two Study Groups annually Model best practices and test new approaches Use firsthand experience to improve facilitator development programs and resources Required Qualifications Experience facilitating executive peer groups, leadership forums, workshops, advisory boards, or similar environments Experience working directly with business owners, CEOs, executives, and leadership teams Strong understanding of financial, operational, and strategic business discussions Experience coaching, developing, or leading individuals and teams Ability to influence and build credibility with experienced business leaders Strong communication, relationship-building, and facilitation skills High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex group dynamics Strong organizational and project management capabilities Ability to create structure, accountability, and consistency across a distributed team Preferred Qualifications Experience managing independent contractors or remote teams Experience developing training programs, playbooks, or operational systems Experience in petroleum, convenience retail, distribution, construction, manufacturing, transportation, or related industries Experience scaling programs, teams, or operational processes Success in This Role Success will be measured by: Facilitator performance and engagement Member satisfaction and retention Adoption and effectiveness of facilitator standards and best practices Overall health and performance of Study Groups Our Values Servant Attitude Integrity Professionalism Respect Win/Win Thinking Why Study Groups?
