Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field; 2+ yrs. direct client service delivery; Masters Preferred The Family Coach is integral in helping RRT pursue our mission of empowering parents to break generational patterns through the implementation of a customized suite of evidence-based, age-appropriate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practices in community, correctional, school, and virtual settings. This position requires forward thinking, ability to be proactive, and a strength-based and trauma- informed approach to program delivery including embracing curiosity to learn and grow professionally, greeting challenges with flexibility and a collaborative approach, and pursuing excellence in work products and community presence.
JOB OVERVIEW
This is a contract position with a maximum 20hrs weekly and reports to the Manager, Program Experience. As a member of the program team, this Family Coach is responsible for: facilitating virtual group Positive Parenting… Plus! sessions; engaging with parents/caregivers to ensure parenting/caregiving needs are met; coordinating external service referrals for participants as needs are identified; monitoring participant's progress on a weekly basis (includes communicating with external partners about participant progress if needed); and timely, accurate entering participant data into Salesforce . Family Coaches are expected to embrace and demonstrate core organizational values and adapt to diversity and the cultural contexts of individuals within the variety of communities served, both demographically and geographically. - navigation of folders/documents comfortably and when needed confidentially proficiency in Salesforce or similar Client Relationship Management software knowledge of and/or experience in Adverse Childhood Experiences/Adverse Community Environments (ACEs) and Positive Childhood Experiences (PCEs) Previous experienceworking with vulnerable populations preferred

- Solid writing skills to satisfy project documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Forms is required.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office and program databases ( Salesforce preferred ).
- Successful background and criminal clearance required .
CURRENT SCHEDULE NEEDS
The following weekly schedule may shift as organizational needs determine.- (Virtual) Monday 5:30-7:00pm
- (Virtual) Wednesday 1:00pm-2:30pm
- (Virtual) Thursday 5:30pm-7:00pm
- (Virtual) Saturday 10:30am-12:00pm
- data entry for participant data can be flexible
- virtual or In-person participation in Department Meetings (2nd Tuesday/Mos 12:30-2:00)
- monthly supervision
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- demonstrate knowledge of and acts according to Child Abuse Reporting laws
- cultivate positive connection and maintain appropriate boundaries with participating parents/caregivers
- manage participant referral/"leads" process to ensure timely responses to families seeking services
- complete daily reviews of participant welcome packets, proper/timely documentation of data in Salesforce, and communicate directly with participants about start dates, other information as needed
- communicate with outstanding leads regarding welcome packet completion
- administer designated parenting/program assessment tools to increase participant engagement, aid in identification of needs, and determine progress towards goals
- facilitate groups using a customized suite of evidence-based, age-appropriate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive materials
- partner with Family Resilience team members to facilitate community referral/linkage opportunities as requested by participants
- develop/maintain respectful and supportive relationships with key partners and stakeholders including DCS, Safe Baby Court Coordinators, CASA, and other agencies (to increase referrals and provide updates on program participants)
- implement appropriate processes related to participant Release of Information (ROI) including securing accurate releases at intake, updating as needed, referencing when information is requested, collaborating with colleagues who may also be supporting participants
- complete/submit timely and thorough documentation on required services according dependent on program requirements
- timely/accurate participant data entry into Salesforce (welcome packet, session attendance, referrals, etc)
- timely/accurate invoicing for services provided
- participate in training/professional development relevant to the role of Family Coach including, but not limited to, PACES's, strength-based/cultural competency, and trauma informed approaches to service delivery
- participate in department and all staff meetings, as needed, providing relevant updates.
- participate in bi-monthly supervision
- demonstrate innovation and advancing knowledge of adult learning strategies, technological tools to enhance participants' learning experience and increase engagement
- Ensure all program activities operate within RRT's policies including sensitivity and inclusiveness regarding cultural, religious, ethnic, gender and sexual diversity, and comply with relevant legislation and professional standards.

QUALIFICATIONS
proficiency in Zoom (scheduling/invitations, screen sharing, chat, troubleshooting audio/video settings, background settings, adding/removing guests, managing permissions, muting, integrating interactive tools, polling, Q&A) proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint) specifically managing: Outlook- daily/effective responsiveness to inbox, shared calendar, OOO responses Teams
