Our mission is to partner with people to create that foundation—connecting them to housing and the basic needs of life. We're creating a space where people can land, reset, and take their next step—with support that helps them move forward, not just get by. We're early, which means we're building something that actually reflects the people we serve. The Role We're looking for a Housing Program Manager to help bring this to life. You'll be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the home—making sure things are organized, clients are supported, and the program is moving forward. You'll also be managing Housing Support Staff—setting expectations, providing direction, and holding the day-to-day accountable. This is part-time (up to 25 hours/week) with room to grow as we grow. An entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mindset are important in this role. You're stepping into something being built from the ground up, so we're looking for someone who can take initiative, make decisions, and follow through—without needing to be managed closely. What You'll Be Responsible For Running the day-to-day operations of the home Managing applications and intake conversations Supporting clients as they transition into stability Keeping documentation clean, organized, and up to date Coordinating move-ins and move-outs Managing vendors and the overall home environment Leading and managing Housing Support Staff Keeping leadership aware of what's working and what needs attention Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of experience in housing, case management, social services, or a related field Proven ability to own outcomes and follow through Experience managing or leading others (formal or informal) Strong organization and ability to manage multiple moving parts Clear, direct communication Experience working with individuals navigating housing instability or major life transitions Comfortable using systems (Google Workspace, Airtable or similar) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What Will Set You Apart You take initiative without waiting to be told You're comfortable making decisions and solving problems You can lead people and hold expectations You've worked in environments that required you to figure things out Why This Role is Different You're helping build something from the ground up You'll have real ownership over your work Your ideas will directly shape how this program runs Your impact will be visible How We Support You We believe in taking care of the people doing this work.
