Job Description

IDD Program Coordinator Are you an experienced IDD TCM or Residential House Manager looking for a change? Prefer to work in an office environment? Put your organizational skills and administrative excellence to great use in position. Our program coordinator will provide administrative support primarily in our Targeted Case Management program (section 13) and offer some support to our small residential group home program (section 21) as needed. This position is the right hand person for our IDD Director and will work closely with program managers, supervisors and TCMs. No direct care is involved. The ability to juggle and manage priority activity is a must, as are excellent communication skills. Part of this role is managing a fairly complex tracker and the ability to look ahead and plan for deadlines is critical.
Pay:
starts at $21/hr
Hours:
Full time, Monday- Friday, 8am-4pm

Qualifications Education:
Associates degree is a plus, years of work in field considered in lieu of this
Required:
  • At least 2 years work experience in adult IDD field Excellent Excel, communication and organization skills are required
  • Knowledge of HCBS programming
  • Knowledge of Therap, Kepro/Acentra ,the PCP process including SIPs is a plus
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations and laws
  • Ability to perform Quality Assurance audits
  • Attention to detail
  • Be a team player
