Student Support & Onboarding (4 Hours): Frequent e-mail communication regarding university events and resources; Orient new students around Brightspace. Systems Maintenance (4 Hours): Updating the learning management community site, uploading Capstone presentations, and posting semester schedules. Resource Development (4 Hours): Creating comprehensive Student Guides for intra-university navigation, class searches, and virtual writing resources. Administrative Filing (2 Hours): Maintaining and updating program calendars and the adjunct faculty filing system. Qualifications Skills are focused on student support and program coordination. Candidates must be proficient in managing learning management systems like Brightspace and communication tools such as Mailchimp and Canva to facilitate student onboarding, outreach, and marketing.
