As an Improvement Quality Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our Quality Management Program while working with a team of dedicated professionals. What You'll Do As an Improvement Quality Coordinator , you'll take on a variety of responsibilities to ensure the success of our Quality Management Program.

Your key duties will include:

Supporting and enhancing the Quality Management Program. Analyzing Quality Management reports and recommending corrective actions. Conducting Quality Management reviews and audits. Providing training for medical and non-medical staff. Coordinating quality initiatives with physicians and nurses. Maintaining professional development through training and education. Participating in committees and special projects as assigned. What We're Looking For We're seeking an expert-level professional who can provide guidance, troubleshooting, and subject matter expertise. To be successful in this role, you'll need: A current and valid Pennsylvania Nursing License or equivalent professional licensure. At least three (3) years of professional clinical experience . At least two (2) years of quality improvement experience within a formal quality management program. Strong computer skills, including database management and word processing. Schedule and Work Environment This position offers a hybrid schedule with 2 days in the office and 3 days telework (subject to supervisor approval and change).
