We are seeking an InformationReferral Supervisor who will be responsible for assuring compliance with EOEA regulations pertaining to the Aging and Disability Resource Consortium (ADRC) and I&R programs. What you'll do under the direction of the

Program Manager:

Supervise program staff Outreach activities to grow consumer base and expand program reach Ensure quality measures and compliance requirements, correcting any deficiency Lead meetings and compliance requirements, correcting any deficiency Lead meetings and staff development trainings Advise, consult, and collaborate with other OCES programs to ensure knowledge of I&R services and drive program growth Represent OCES at appropriate professional and community meetings as required Create, revise, and implement necessary program procedures What you'll bring: Your passion for helping others and desire to make a difference Strong supervisory and leadership skills BS/BA degree in social services or related field SW license preferred AIRS certification preferred Minimum of 3 years of social services experience, preferably at least 1 year in ADRC programs Ability to gain/ maintain SHINE certification within six months of hire Excellent written and verbal skills.
