We are looking for intellectually curious, highly motivated graduates with energy, initiative, and a strong desire to succeed in a high-performance aerospace manufacturing environment. Program Overview We are seeking high-potential recent graduates to join our Graduate Development Program, a one-year rotational program designed to develop future leaders in aerospace manufacturing. Participants gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions while working on real operational and commercial challenges that drive the performance of a precision aerospace manufacturer. This program provides exposure to the pace, accountability, and decision-making required to operate a high-performance aerospace business. Program Structure Participants complete rotational assignments across key areas of the business. Finance
3 Months
Support financial planning, reporting, and operational data analysis
Assist in building and maintaining financial models supporting the annual business Plan
Learn the financial cadence and metrics that drive business performance
Collaborate with operations and sales teams to support business decision-making Sales
3 Months
Support daily and monthly sales performance tracking and forecasting activities
Assist with order entry, quotation preparation, and customer communication
Work cross-functionally with operations and supply chain to support delivery commitments
Develop business acumen and customer-focused decision making Operations
6 Months
Work directly with production teams supporting manufacturing execution and material flow
Assist in resolving production constraints, material shortages, and schedule challenges
Collaborate cross-functionally to support on-time delivery and shipment performance
Develop an understanding of manufacturing processes within a precision aerospace environment Throughout the program, participants will analyze operational data, support improvement initiatives, and present project outcomes and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Demonstrated leadership through internships, projects, athletics, or extracurricular activities
