Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to hire as a Program Integrator in support of the LTAMDS/GhostEye International program area within the Land Based Sensors (LBS) portfolio, a part of the Land and Air Defense Solutions Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This position will report directly to the LTAMDS/GhostEye International Director and will support the program offices, integrated product teams, and cross product teams. You will be responsible for creating and analyzing aggregated data points from various programs within International LBS, program integration coordination, control, and engagement within the various program levels and functional partners and advocating various program management plans. What You Will Do Assist with the day-to-day program execution cadence (battle rhythm) of the program, i.e., risk review boards, program management reviews, failure review boards, configuration control boards, etc Preparing, revising, updating, and monitoring required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Integrated Product Development System (IPDS), Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Corporate and Business policies and procedures Supporting program execution on contractual commitments, including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations Identify and implement key program metrics and actions by working collaboratively with the program offices within International LBS Manage and track International LBS aggregated action items to ensure timely closure of actions, including the preparation and management of all required product lifecycle artifacts and reviews Coordinate program data, information, and preparation for customer engagements and visits, as required at the International LBS level Develop and maintain partnerships with members of the LBS program leadership teams (LTs) as necessary to achieve business and reporting requirements Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience Experience with financial analysis tools and/or digital technology tools Must have one or more of the following: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Raytheon Program Management Certification, Earned Value Certification, or equivalent certification Prior experience supporting development, production, and/or sustainment programs, including balancing cost, schedule, and technical requirements Experience with cost proposals, and/or gate packages Qualifications We Prefer Experience working with external customers, including MENA, Asia Pacific, USG, or FMS partners Product lifecycle management experience Strong business acumen to proactively identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently Action item prioritization/tracking with ability to ensure action owners are proactively managing effort What We Offer Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
