Opens a new window. Mad Science is currently looking for high-energy science show performers who love working with groups of elementary age kids. This is a great job if you enjoy performing in front of groups of people and working with kids! Event performer programs can be for small groups of children or large stage shows, and take place at schools, community centers, daycares and libraries. Candidates must have experience working with groups of elementary school age kids, a fun outgoing personality, a dependable car, and enjoy performing.

Springfield MO and surrounding area

Job Type:

Part-time After completing the paid training sessions, Performers earn: $30.00 to $50.00 per 1 hour program plus mileage reimbursement for each program completed. Assigned programs are based on scheduled programs at customer locations, usually 1-2 per week.

Mostly weekdays, occasional weekend dates available

Education:

2 year college, Education, Science or Theater

Experience:

Working with children: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
