The BioSpace Insights team produces articles, podcasts, whitepapers, webinars and events that support our clients' strategic content goals. The Opportunity As part of the Customer Success team, the Manager, Integrated Campaigns will manage the fulfilment of client brand content and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have several years' experience in client-facing roles, plus experience coordinating multi-channel advertising campaigns, webinars, events and content initiatives. Location Hybrid (West Des Moines, IA) | In-office Monday-Wednesday; remote Thursday-Friday In this position you will: Serve as the project manager for brand campaigns and strategic content programs, working with internal and external stakeholders as needed Plan and execute webinars, events and podcast and their respective marketing campaigns Coordinate the implementation and fulfillment of whitepapers, reports, and branded articles including scheduling interviews, publishing and marketing Provide full-service support to clients for all products in our portfolio; act as a key point of contact for inquiries, fulfill service requests and provide strategic guidance Proactively troubleshoot challenges, creatively resolve issues, and manage multiple timelines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Use data and analytics to deliver actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders related to campaign performance, engagement, and content impact Translate the voice of the customer into product improvements that increase client engagement, and participate in user acceptance testing for new features as needed Collaborate with Sales, Insights, Marketing and other internal teams to maximize client ROI Position requirements: At least 4+ years in client-facing roles, preferably in media, events, content marketing, or B2B marketing environments Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with: Project management, coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables Supporting or executing live events, webinars, and/or podcasts Managing multichannel content marketing campaigns including email, social and display Utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot experience a plus) and publishing platforms (WordPress, Brightspot, etc.) Using design tools to create marketing assets (Canva experience a plus) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and workflows Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with clients, speakers, and internal teams Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, with the ability to anticipate risks and resolve issues proactively Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment Self-motivated team player who can work independently while collaborating effectively across departments Why BioSpace Competitive compensation and benefits Company-wide break between Dec 24 - Jan 1 Flexible hybrid work model Work at the center of the life sciences industry Collaborative, growth-focused environment How to Apply Apply at www.biospace.com or email hiring@biospace.com
