Job Description At Alaska Airlines, we are looking for a Manager of Loyalty Economics to join our team. This role will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, financial modeling, and loyalty program management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that improve customer retention and maximize the value of our loyalty programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the analysis of loyalty program performance metrics and provide actionable insights. Develop financial models to forecast loyalty program profitability and ROI. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design and implement loyalty initiatives. Monitor industry trends and competitor loyalty programs to identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on loyalty program performance. Manage a team of analysts and provide mentorship and guidance. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to loyalty programs. Support the development of customer segmentation strategies to enhance targeting efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in loyalty program management or financial analysis. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
