FP111A Job Summary The Online Program Coordinator will assist in the coordination of online program development processes associated with program prioritization, onboarding new programs and courses, and planning for revisions of existing programs. Collaborate with the manager in developing and maintaining a system for program development, planning, and maintenance. Collaborate with the manager and the academic departments to communicate updates of online course development plans and programs. Position Type FullTime Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in related fields of Higher Education, Public Administration, Instructional Design, or Human Services. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow-up, and deadlines. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders Some prior experience in academic program coordination, preferably in a higher education setting. Some prior experience with project management. Some prior experience with data analysis and reporting. Preferred Qualifications Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment or individually. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and a proactive attitude. Conditions of Employment This is a remote position, requiring a traditional 40-hour work week. Computer equipment will be supplied for remote work; high-speed internet is the responsibility of the employee. The equipment provided to staff with approved telework agreements enables them to deliver vital services to University faculty, staff, and students from remote locations. Many of our operations can and should continue as usual, even when the main physical campus is closed. Therefore, all division employees with an approved telework agreement are generally expected to work during official University closures.
