Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Operational Manager to lead our operational teams and drive overall business success. This role is pivotal in shaping efficient processes, fostering leadership across departments, and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals. As an energetic leader, you will oversee daily operations, develop strategic initiatives, and cultivate a high-performance environment that promotes growth and excellence. Your expertise in management, business development, and process improvement will be essential to propel our organization forward. Position Summary The Program & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily program operations, supervising staff, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting high-quality participant experiences. This role serves as the on-site leader and point of contact when the owner is not present. This is a non-clinical, non-therapeutic program. No medical or educational services are provided. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all operational activities to ensure seamless execution of business functions. Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company objectives, driving growth and operational efficiency. Manage profit & loss responsibilities by monitoring financial performance, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue streams. Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding service offerings. Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes through innovative solutions and best practices to enhance productivity. Oversee daily operations of the program site Supervise, support, and schedule program staff Ensure program policies, procedures, and safety protocols are followed Maintain appropriate staff-to-participant ratios Support participant engagement and positive group dynamics Communicate with parents/guardians regarding scheduling, policies, and general updates Manage incident documentation and reporting, as needed Coordinate with the owner on staffing needs, program improvements, and growth planning Requirements Proven experience in management with a strong background in supervising staff and leading organizational change. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning with the ability to translate vision into actionable goals. Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. Experience managing profit & loss statements with an understanding of financial analysis and budgeting. Business development experience including identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and expanding market presence. Skilled in project management with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources effectively, and meet deadlines. .Excellent communication skills with staff, families, and consultants combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced settings. Experience working with autistic adolescents or neurodiverse youth (required) CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Bilingual highly preferred but not required Calm, confident presence in group settings Schedule Hybrid Hours may vary based on enrollment and programming needs Employment Type W-2 position Full Time Schedule Morning hours: approximately 6:00 AM
