Job Description

Bloom Consulting is hiring a full-time Pre-ETS Coordinator (Texas Area) This position will support and coordinate all state-run Pre-ETS services across multiple school districts in partnership with our TWC (Texas Workforce Commission) contract .
Duties Include:
Providing day-to-day support to contracted trainers Teaching classes as needed as a backup for trainers Coordinating schedules and staff to ensure all services are fully covered Ensuring all groups have the necessary curriculum and supplies Traveling to various schools across the Texas region to monitor services and provide on-site support Maintaining spreadsheets and tracking service delivery Reviewing monthly required documentation and providing training to trainers to ensure accurate and effective reporting Participating in weekly meetings with the VP of Programs to maintain high-quality service delivery Assisting in the development of new services
Travel Requirements:
This role requires extensive and frequent travel throughout the Texas area , and travel is a core responsibility of the position. Expect 50%-75% travel during the school year Expect near 100% travel during the summer months (nationwide) Candidates must be comfortable spending a significant amount of time driving and working on-site in schools
Work Environment:
This position allows for some remote work; however, the majority of time will be spent traveling to schools and providing in-person support.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold at least a bachelor's degree Have experience teaching students with disabilities Have a foundational understanding of transition services Understand employment readiness and training Be a quick thinker and strong problem solver Be comfortable with technology and web-based platforms Position Type /
Compensation:
Full-time position Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year , based on education, experience, and skill set Benefits for
