Job Summary:

Our team is looking for a dedicated individual who will drive excellence in project delivery. We focus on optimizing production processes and costs, ensuring seamless stakeholder engagement and operational readiness within our projects.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain attendance summary reports for comprehensive tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and deliver training sessions. Coordinate testing events to support testing objectives efficiently. Provide operational support by developing meeting content and tracking issues through resolution.

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in coordinating training, meetings, or stakeholder engagement activities. Proficiency with standard business and collaboration tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
