Job Description
Requirements:
Required Bachelor's degree in public health, health administration, business, public policy, social sciences, or related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 1 year of experience in administrative, coordination, or program support roles. Excellent written, verbal interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Willingness to travel statewide. Valid driver's license plus the ability to meet the University of Iowa Fleet Safety program driving standards. Demonstrated experience working effectively in a welcoming and respectful workplace environment. Desired Master's degree in public health or related field. 2+ years of experience in administrative, coordination, or program support roles. Related experience working in health care or public health. Knowledge of health care delivery systems or rural health partnerships. Experience with data dashboards or project management tools. Knowledge of University policies, procedures and regulations. Experience with overseeing and organizing events.Position and Application Details:
This position is eligible for on campus, hybrid within Iowa and will require a work arrangement form to be completed upon the start of your employment. Per policy, work arrangements will be reviewed annually, and must comply with the remote work program and related policies and employee travel policy when working at a remote location.
