Description Now Hiring:
Program Coordinator - Contingency Management (Hybrid)
Location:
Central Florida (Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Volusia, or Brevard counties)
Status:
Full-Time, Non-Exempt Pay:
Starting at $19.24/hr. (More for relative experience and education above what is required.) As a Program Coordinator in our Contingency Management (CM) program, you'll work directly with young adults (ages 18-24) who are ready to make positive changes in their recovery journey. You'll coordinate intakes, assessments, and referrals while connecting participants to essential community resources such as education, healthcare, housing, and employment. You'll also lead outreach efforts to promote program awareness in the community, facilitate orientations for new participants, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. Above all, you'll collaborate with a compassionate, mission-driven team that values innovation, integrity, and impact . This hybrid position offers flexibility to work both remotely and in the community.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Counseling, or related field. 2+ years of behavioral health or case management experience. Strong communication and organizational skills.
