Contract (3+ Months, Extension Possible) About the Rol eWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinato r to support program operations, stakeholder engagement, and project execution within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely and accurate program delivery .Key Responsibilitie sServe as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders and maintain effective communication with internal departments .Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, electronic invitations, agenda preparation, meeting minutes, attendance rosters, and follow-up activities .Develop and maintain workflows that ensure efficient program operations and seamless participant progression through program activities .Manage program databases, records, and reporting tools, including Excel-based tracking systems .Gather project and event requirements, define objectives, and support successful planning and execution .Facilitate project documentation, including timelines, milestones, action items, and deliverables .Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential non-clinical risks, delays, resource constraints, or operational challenges .Escalate project barriers and concerns to leadership and project sponsors in a timely manner .Track team performance against established goals, milestones, and deadlines .Collect, analyze, and report program outcomes, feedback, and success metrics .Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders .Collaborate with program leadership to support accreditation, designation, and compliance-related initiatives .Demonstrate and uphold organizational values of kindness, integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence .Required Qualification sEducatio nBachelor's Degree required .Master's Degree preferred in Healthcare, Business Administration, Engineering, Public Health, or a related field .Experienc eMinimum 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, project support, scheduling, resource coordination, or administrative operations .Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment preferred .Required Skills & Competencie sExcellent verbal and written communication skills .Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities .Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously .Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint .Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), program management tools, event management platforms, and workflow tracking systems is preferred .Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders .Why Join Us ?Competitive hourly compensation .Hybrid work environment .Opportunity to contribute to impactful programs and initiatives .Collaborative and mission-driven team culture .Potential for contract extension based on performance and business needs .
