Empowering individuals, families, and communities who have experienced trauma by providing services through programs that amplify growth, increase safety, and build relationships.
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Program Director to lead and oversee impactful community initiatives. In this vital role, you will develop, implement, and evaluate programs that serve diverse populations, ensuring they meet community needs and organizational goals. The Program Director supports compliance for all programs operated by Beloved Survivors Trauma Recovery Center. This role monitors the progress of client services through data tracking and quarterly reports. As a leader, the Program Director makes recommendations on staff assignments, delegates tasks, and reports suggestions for operational improvement. The Program Director trains staff on the scope of their work, the process for submitting data reports in a timely manner, and understanding the correlation between the outcomes of their work and the programmatic goals. This role reviews client surveys and is responsible for reporting suggestions for improvement. Responsibilities include participation in quarterly financial management meetings, grant compliance, and audit support. This role tracks donations for all housing sites and non-residential clients. The Program Director participates in the annual review of the policy and procedures guidelines. As a leader, the Program Director will conduct presentations internally for staff and volunteers and externally for community, stakeholders, and partner agencies. This role embraces a solution-oriented approach to work demands and supports a trauma informed environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in the human services field, social services, business management, business administration, or closely related field, with at least two years in an administrative role or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree in business management, finance management, business administration preferred. Speak, read, write, and present in Spanish.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid California driver's license and verification of liability insurance
ENVIORNMENT
Indoors, occasionally outdoors, in confidential protected locations designated for the safety of victims. Standard office noise indoors and possible traffic noise, music, and microphone audio announcements outdoors.
