Team:
US Global Strategy & Ops Overview Seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional business transformation, operational excellence, and process improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will partner with Finance, IT, M&A, and other business functions to identify opportunities, redesign business processes, and deliver scalable operational solutions. The ideal candidate brings a combination of program management, business transformation, process engineering, and stakeholder management experience within large enterprise environments. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy cross-functional operational improvement initiatives Lead end-to-end program and project management efforts using industry best practices Partner with Finance, IT, M&A, and business stakeholders to deliver operational and business solutions Analyze and re-engineer business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness Establish process controls and governance mechanisms to sustain implemented improvements Manage workstreams within large-scale transformation programs Build business cases and support project prioritization decisions Conduct operational analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization Influence stakeholders and leadership teams to drive alignment and decision-making Lead change management efforts through implementation and adoption Required Qualifications 6+ years of progressive experience in business strategy, consulting, M&A integration, customer experience, or related functions 3+ years leading business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, or process engineering initiatives Strong program and project management experience Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across multiple business functions Strong business process mapping and process re-engineering expertise Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into actionable improvements Experience building business cases and presenting recommendations to leadership Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments Bachelor's degree required Preferred Qualifications MBA or equivalent advanced degree Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives Background in management consulting or strategic business operations Experience working with Finance, IT, and M&A teams
Compensation Pay Rate:
Up to $66.90 per hour
