Our mission is to provide innovative and reliable solutions, ensuring the highest standards of performance and customer satisfaction. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Program Manager, located in Plainville, MA, with opportunities to work remotely as needed. The Program Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams, managing project scope, timeline, and budget, and addressing potential challenges or risks. The Program Manager will also act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering clear communication and efficient collaboration. Qualifications Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management Proficiency in client communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management Experience with process optimization and cross-functional team coordination Proven ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports Adaptability to work effectively in a hybrid model: both onsite in Plainville, MA, and remotely Familiarity with manufacturing processes, particularly in PCB design and production, is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
