Job Description

NOW OFFERING
$2,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting. This is a full-time position and includes providing supervision and management to a residential program. Salary is based upon experience, starting at $48,000/year. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field combined with 2 to 4 years' experience is required. Work from home possibility two days per week after first six months, and additional compensation for on-call services. EOE www.ihrser.com
