Position Summary Entelligence is seeking a Program Manager with Agile expertise and VMware product and service offering knowledge to support our client's customers. The ideal candidate will lead complex programs driving VCF consumption and customer adoption across multiple workstreams. The successful candidate must be able to work in a cross-functional environment, partnering with both internal and external stakeholders. The Program Manager will oversee complex, high-visibility programs using Agile methodologies, while providing strategic direction, structure, communication, and leadership throughout the program lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of VMware solutions and enterprise IT environments. Responsibilities Lead Agile program teams to deliver enterprise IT solutions, with a focus on VMware-based environments Oversee delivery of programs across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups as needed across program teams Track and report on program performance including risks, issues, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and customer feedback Coordinate with Resource Managers to ensure the right skillsets are aligned to program needs across multiple initiatives Serve as the communication bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure alignment across project teams within the broader program Requirements 6+ years of program management experience delivering IT infrastructure or cloud-based programs Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Agile program leadership Proficient with Agile project/program tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills Experience leading cross-functional, customer-facing teams in fast-paced environments PMP and/or Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe) required Experience or familiarity with VMware technologies (e.g., VCF, vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria Suite) preferred Benefits Competitive base salary Medical, dental, vision and life insurance Flexible time off and paid holidays Matching 401(k) program Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Entelligence is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment.
