Full Job Description Must Have:
Proven ownership of a full MES implementation at a highly regulated manufacturing site. Strong Program/PMO leadership experience managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and vendors. Experience leading IT system implementations in manufacturing environments; Critical Manufacturing MES preferred. Knowledge of quality systems and regulated industries (Medical Device, Pharma, Biotech, etc.). Proficiency with MS Project and Planisware ; Agile experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant project/program management experience.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end MES deployment activities, including planning, governance, integrations, change management, training, go-live, and hypercare, while ensuring operational readiness and minimal disruption to production. Partner with cross-functional teams, site leadership, and vendors to drive successful implementation and transition to steady-state operations.
Work Schedule:
Hybrid; candidates must be able to work onsite in Danvers, MA, 1-2 days per week (minimum bi-weekly travel required). #
GRPA Pay:
$66.00 - $73.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
