Responsibilities:
Program Ownership Drive full lifecycle program management: RFQ → NPI → MP → EOL Own schedule, cost, quality, and risk management across multiple programs Customer Interface Act as primary point of contact for customers Lead program reviews, QBRs, and escalation management Create CTB report, identify on shortage and issue by working with related parties Make delivery commitment Cross-functional Leadership Coordinate with functional dept, including HQ in Taiwan and other MFG sites, ie, Sales, TPM, Engineer, Buyer, OM, OFD, WH, Shipping, Suppliers, and …etc. Align design, manufacturing readiness, and deployment schedules NPI & Manufacturing Execution Lead
EVT/DVT/PVT
builds and readiness reviews Ensure smooth transition from development to volume production Supply Chain & Cost Control Work with sourcing on BOM cost, component allocation, and risk mitigation Create Quotation for standard and non-standard activities Manage E&O exposure, PPV risks, and cost-down initiatives Risk & Issue Management Identify program risks early and drive mitigation plans Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical issues Change Management Control ECO/ECN processes and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail Loves deadlines, dynamic and fast moving environments Team player and great interpersonal skills at all organizational levels Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented work environment Self-directed, has initiative and is a great multi-tasker Good communication and organizational skills Program Management experience on server product is preferred Bachelor's Degree or higher Minimum 2 years of experience in L10 manufacturing is preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Office software programs Equal Employment Opportunity MiTAC is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
