Job Description
Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Service Related Difficulties (SRD) Program Management Team of Aerospace Customer & Product Support. You will partner with world class engineers and cross functional leaders to develop program cost, schedules milestones, and deliver SRD Program Objectives with an eye on providing the Product Fixes to the Customer in the shortest possible time meeting the product safety expectations. You will report directly to our Program Director, and you'll work out of our Phoenix Deer Valley, AZ or Tempe, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. Use your strategic thinking to help anticipate problems, recognize and eliminate barriers. Create, Support and Maintain an optimized program management operating system for specific business segment programs and drive improvements in SRD PM Team. Bring in the best global mindset to the SRD PM organization to understand technology and management concepts required for Honeywell products and processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- + Demonstrate Accountability in Successful Program Execution from End to End of Aero In-Service Resolution Process (AP-1034) and SRD Program Management Guideline (AG-5796) + Plan & Execute the Program to fix the Product Field Issue while meeting the Customer Expectations and Organizational Objectives + Develop, baseline, and maintain Statement of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), milestones, and funding plans for both Root Cause & Corrective Action (CL) and Solution Implementation (RDE) Programs + Provide directions to the program teams to execute to the scope, cost, & schedule against the baseline plan + Drive various Aerospace organizations such as Engineering, Product Management (GBE), Product Integrity, Customer Facing functions, and Factory/R&O to execute SRD Programs + Align with OEMs, operators, and internal customers on scope, approvals, and execution plans + Drive Entry Into Service (EIS) planning, field implementation strategy, and customer readiness with Customer Support Program Manager (CSPM) and Customer Business Team (CBT) PM + Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to gather competitive intelligence, to execute programs successfully, and to improve customer satisfaction + Facilitate In-Service Resolution Board (IRB) Gate meetings, securing approvals, managing actions, and ensuring checklist compliance + Own program communication through standardized reporting: one‑pager, detailed status emails, task‑level updates, and executive briefings + Produce program reports for management and stakeholders and execute timely actions + Be proactive to identify and mitigate Risks, Opportunities, and Early Warning Indicators (EWI) + Drive/attend the necessary meetings across the time zones to engage the remote stakeholders effectively + Identify and execute the SRD PM Process & MOS Improvement projects to help meet the Cost & Cycle Time reduction targets + 10% Travel within US and / or internationally as may be required •

- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
YOU MUST HAVE
- + 5+ years global program management (PM) or project engineering (PE) experience driving Aerospace Programs + Self-driven, time zone flexible, and ability to own additional responsibilities.
