PROGRAM MANAGER

Job Summary Cambridge Automation is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to lead complex ISR and C5ISR programs supporting the United States Army, United States Navy, and United States Marine Corps. Lead mission-critical ISR programs shaping real-world national security operations. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:

Conduct root cause analysis and Kaizen events to identify areas for improvement; lead initiatives for continuous process enhancement. Coordinate cross-functional teams through effective meeting facilitation, conflict management, and negotiation to ensure project success. Develop comprehensive program documentation including scope management plans, quality management strategies, and technical writing reports. Manage vendor relationships and contracts; oversee vendor performance to ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Utilize project management software such as Trello, Confluence, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow to track progress and communicate updates effectively. Promote a culture of leadership and teamwork by mentoring team members in project management best practices and fostering organizational skills. Experience Proven experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment with a focus on project or program management. Extensive background in applying Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma, and SAFe frameworks within complex projects. Demonstrated success in program development from requirements analysis through implementation and closure. Strong skills in data analysis, data collection techniques, risk management, scope management, and requirements management tools like Jira or VersionOne. Familiarity with IT infrastructure projects including ERP systems, content management systems, or product lifecycle management is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively and present technical information clearly to diverse audiences. Experience with project portfolio management (PPM) tools such as Primavera P6 or Primavera P6 is preferred. Knowledge of contract negotiation, vendor management practices, and organizational change management strategies is highly desirable.
