Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM We are seeking an experienced Compensation Professional with a strong background in Investment Banking Compensation and HR to support compensation strategy, planning, and execution within a global banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead annual compensation planning processes, including mid-year and year-end compensation cycles ? Build compensation models, perform detailed analysis, reporting, and budgeting activities ? Partner with business leaders, HR, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to support compensation decisions ? Advise on compensation-related matters including promotions, transfers, new hire offers, retention strategies, and workforce planning ? Review and approve compensation packages to ensure market competitiveness and governance compliance ? Conduct compensation benchmarking and participate in market surveys ? Prepare executive-level reporting, presentations, and compensation recommendations
Required Qualifications:
? 6-8+ years of Compensation experience with exposure to HR functions (approximately 80% Compensation / 20% HR) ? Strong experience managing mid-year and year-end compensation planning processes ? Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities ? Experience in Investment Banking or Banking Compensation ? Knowledge of compensation structures, incentive plans, regulatory requirements, and financial modeling ? Experience supporting talent management, workforce planning, and HR policies ? Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Background:
? Previous experience supporting Investment Banking business units ? Experience working closely with senior leaders and HR Business Partners ?
