Portfolio & Program Manager San Mateo, CA | Hybrid A highly engaged philanthropic organization is seeking a Portfolio & Program Manager to join its collaborative and mission-driven team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced philanthropic leaders, evaluate innovative nonprofit organizations, and help direct resources toward initiatives creating measurable community impact. The organization manages a diverse portfolio of nonprofit and community-focused initiatives and is seeking a thoughtful professional who combines strong analytical capabilities with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of nonprofit partnerships, conduct research and due diligence on prospective funding opportunities, evaluate impact and outcomes, and help inform strategic grantmaking decisions. You will regularly engage with nonprofit leaders, peer organizations, and industry stakeholders while contributing to discussions that shape the organization's philanthropic priorities.
