This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys translating strategy into structured, scalable execution. You will play a critical role in helping operationalize new initiatives, drive partner onboarding, and ensure consistent execution across global and regional teams. The ideal candidate brings strong program management experience, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a passion for driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders. What You'll Do Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance business operations, streamline communications, and improve efficiency across core workflows. Help operationalize and scale partner enablement programs and skilling motions, ensuring readiness for execution across teams. Manage onboarding and execution planning for new partners, including timelines, tracking, readiness activities, and progress management. Support onboarding and ramp-up of program managers entering new operating models, ensuring consistency and readiness. Maintain and update key operational resources and documentation, including playbooks, bills of materials, skilling plans, process guidance, and onboarding content. Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, execution consistency, and partner progress. Attend and contribute to recurring operational and skilling calls to stay aligned on priorities, evolving program needs, and execution activities. Orchestrate run management activities, including newsletters, scorecards, and reporting in partnership with program leads. Act as a central operational point of contact, managing follow-ups, escalations, ad hoc requests, and execution support. Drive consistent onboarding rhythms, communication, and operational coordination across programs. What You'll Have Demonstrated competency or strong interest in applying AI tools and automation to improve business processes, decision-making, and operational outcomes. Proven experience in program or project management, with the ability to manage complex, large-scale initiatives. Experience supporting early-stage or 0-to-1 programs and scaling operations effectively. Strong ability to connect cross-functional stakeholders and act as a central point of coordination. Comfort operating in ambiguous environments, bringing structure and shaping operating models—not just executing within them. Experience managing operational execution and onboarding programs at scale. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Proactive approach to identifying risks, gaps, and blockers and driving execution forward. Compensation:

Prime 8 uses different pay ranges based on level of position, relevant experience and specific candidate location. The pay range for this role is between $55-$62 per hour (based on full time employment), plus employee benefits.
