Program Manager:
Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation path for enterprise customers Manage delivery teams consisting of Project Managers, Engineers, and Coordinators Oversee project planning, staging, implementation, and project closure activities Coordinate resources across engineering, sales, and customer stakeholders Lead customer status meetings and executive communications Requirements for the
Program Manager:
5-10 years of experience managing teams in large-scale IT projects or similar industries Large Professional Services firm experience Proven experience in program management of IT infrastructure, networking, or datacenter projects Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams including engineers and project managers Excellent stakeholder communication and escalation management abilities Demonstrated success in resource planning, forecasting, and operational process adherence IDR is an equal opportunity employer.
