Your Impact We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Program Manager to support critical leadership functions and strategic objectives within our organization. You will play an integral role leading key business processes, driving strategy from conception to completion, and ensuring alignment across various teams. This position is ideal for a professional looking to accelerate their leadership development and gain broad exposure to strategic decision-making in the exciting area of software security and AI. Key Responsibilities Bridge the gap between big-picture strategy and rapid execution. You'll be the "force multiplier" who navigates ambiguity and delivers results. Own and optimize the cadence of key business operations, including planning cycles, executive reviews, and operational cadences. Develop efficient processes incorporating an"AI firs" approach wherever possible to ensure timely execution and accountability. Act as a central coordination point, fostering collaboration across teams and partners to achieve strategic objectives. Collect, analyze, and present complex information in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to senior leadership. Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in program management, strategy, planning, or operational leadership roles. Demonstrated familiarity with AI models and their practical application to optimize workflows, accelerate project timelines, and enhance decision-making. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences, including senior executives. A self-starter who works independently and with minimal direction. Must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science or Engineering. Master's degree or MBA is a plus. Ability to operate in a complex, fast-paced environment with a focus on innovation and security scalability. Demonstrated knowledge or experience in cybersecurity and/or software security is a significant advantage. The starting salary range posted for this position is $125,500.00 to $159,200.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation
Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location, market conditions, job-related skillset, experience, qualifications, education, certifications, and/or training. The full salary range for certain locations is listed below. U.S. employees are offered benefits, subject to Cisco's plan eligibility rules, which include medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Employees may be eligible to receive grants of Cisco restricted stock units, which vest following continued employment with Cisco for defined periods of time. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows: .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota; 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%; 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target.
