Full-Time About Us Marie's Open Arms, LLC is a growing provider of supports for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). We are committed to providing person-centered services that promote independence, dignity, safety, and meaningful community inclusion. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure quality service delivery, support staff, and maintain compliance with DIDD, HCBS, and agency requirements. Position Summary The Program Manager is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and management of assigned IDD services. This position ensures individuals receive quality supports while promoting independence, choice, and community integration. The Program Manager will work closely with individuals supported, families, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Family Model Providers, nurses, service coordinators, and leadership to ensure successful service implementation. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of assigned IDD programs and services Ensure services are delivered according to Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and person-centered goals Monitor documentation, progress notes, and service records for accuracy and compliance Utilize Practical Health System and other electronic documentation systems to review, maintain, and monitor service documentation Ensure required notes, assessments, service records, and health-related documentation are completed timely and accurately Provide supervision, coaching, and support to DSPs and caregivers Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance expectations Conduct regular visits to ensure health, safety, and quality standards are maintained Support incident reporting, investigations, and corrective action plans as needed Coordinate with families, Support Coordinators, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members Assist with new client admissions, transitions, and service coordination Ensure compliance with DDA, TennCare, HCBS Settings Rule, and agency policies Promote independence, self-advocacy, and community participation for individuals served Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred Experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Experience in IDD residential, CLS, Family Model, or HCBS services Experience working with Practical Health System or similar IDD electronic documentation platforms Strong understanding of service documentation, compliance, and quality assurance requirements Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Knowledge of DDA regulations and person-centered planning preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Preferred Experience Program management experience in IDD services Supervising DSP staff or caregivers Experience reviewing documentation for accuracy and compliance Experience with Practical Health System, electronic records, and service tracking Experience with quality assurance monitoring and corrective action processes What We Offer Competitive pay Growth opportunities with a growing agency Supportive leadership team Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals served
