As a Program Manager Non Tech 3, you will be part of the Global Customer Experience team supporting strategic initiatives aimed at crisis prevention and trust restoration for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Duration :
12 months contract What's the Job? Drive execution, readiness, and validation for complex customer experience programs Manage stakeholder engagement and communication across multiple teams and leadership levels Plan and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and phased deployment activities Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless program rollout and feedback integration Track dependencies, risks, and blockers, providing actionable recommendations for resolution What's Needed? 5-7 years of program or project management experience, preferably with enterprise organizations Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments Experience managing UAT, pilots, or phased rollouts Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail What's in it for me?
