Project Lead:
Support the operations of over 1,200 EV charging ports within Austin Energy's Plug-In Everywhere Network. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Provide research, analysis, and reporting to support emerging technology projects and program improvements. Assist in incentives processing, compliance, and program outreach to promote EV adoption. Project Lead:
3+ years of project or program management and coordination experience. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel reporting. 3+ years of customer service experience. 3+ years of electric vehicle and related technologies knowledge.
