Key qualificationsYou add the following required education, skills, and experience to our team:

Formal education and/or certification in Instructional Design, I/O Psychology, or equivalent 5+ years of hands-on learning strategy, instructional design, training, and/or I/O Psychology3+ years of experience in managing people and performance, including direct management of at least 3 FTEs 3+ years of experience in the full cycle of professional services delivery, including budgeting, resource planning, and contract management3+ years of experience managing onsite and remote project teams, including external workforce team members (e.g., contractors and teaming partners)3+ years of experience in closely managing a project plan to meet deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables that meet client quality expectationsDemonstrated experience managing a portfolio of projects, including individual project budgets ranging from $500k to $1MExperience managing both fixed fee and time & material contracts Proven ability to negotiate and make recommendations to change client requirements (e.g., scope, direction)Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet or Microsoft ProjectProficiency with video meeting platforms and features (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, MS Teams, etc.)Proficient in presentation and meeting facilitation skillsIntermediate level skill in the Google Suite or similar system environment (e.g., Microsoft Office) and its typical applications (e.g., documents, spreadsheets, presentations, process maps, shared folder management)You may also add some of the following preferred skills and experience:

Certification in project or program management (e.g, PMP from
PMI, PRINCE2
