QIDP / Program Manager

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated QIDP / Program Manager to support the development and future operations of a residential support services organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Indiana. This role will begin during the startup/provider approval phase in a contract or part-time capacity, with the opportunity to transition into an ongoing leadership position as operations launch and expand. The ideal candidate has experience with IDD services, HCBS waiver programs, compliance, person-centered planning, and staff oversight. Duties Support provider startup and program development activities Assist with policies, procedures, and compliance readiness Oversee individualized service planning and person-centered supports Ensure services align with state and HCBS standards Provide leadership guidance on staffing, training, and operations Participate in quality assurance and documentation systems Coordinate with families, case managers, and support teams Help build a safe, respectful, and high-quality residential environment Requirements Experience serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) eligibility or relevant experience Knowledge of HCBS waiver systems and residential services Experience with compliance, documentation, and service oversight Strong communication and leadership skills Experience supervising staff or managing programs preferred Familiarity with Indiana systems preferred but not required Compensation $28-$38 per hour Approximately 20 hours per week initially Flexible / hybrid startup structure Opportunity for long-term leadership growth
