Our Belief We believe reentry starts at the interception of incarceration. Our work centers on reuniting families while building sustainable futures for justice-impacted individuals. Position Summary The Reentry Engagement & Program Facilitator plays a key role in supporting justice-impacted individuals as they work toward stability and long-term success. This position blends program facilitation, outreach, and light case management to ensure participants are engaged, supported, and connected to real opportunities. While maintaining a small caseload of participants, the primary focus is on leading classes, building community partnerships, and creating meaningful pathways forward. This role is ideal for someone who can lead with confidence, build strong relationships, and motivate individuals toward growth, accountability, and change. Key Responsibilities Program Facilitation & Participant Development Facilitate engaging classes (life skills, New Move, communication, personal development) Coordinate and host guest speakers (entrepreneurship, financial literacy, career pathways) Bring in employers to connect participants with workforce opportunities Create a structured, supportive, and accountable learning environment Outreach & Community Engagement Build and maintain relationships with community partners, employers, and referral sources Conduct outreach to recruit and engage participants Represent Leveled Up Reentry at community events and partner meetings Participant Support Support participants in developing and progressing through Individual Service Plans (ISPs) Provide accountability, encouragement, and guidance Identify barriers and connect participants to appropriate resources Program Coordination & Documentation Track attendance, engagement, and progress in CRM Assist with scheduling and coordinating classes and programming Document participant outcomes, progress, and success stories Why This Role Matters This role is central to participant transformation. Qualifications Passion for supporting justice-impacted individuals and belief in second chances Experience facilitating groups, classes, outreach, or community programming Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Ability to motivate and hold participants accountable in a supportive way Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Pierce County Basic computer and documentation skills Preferred Experience working with justice-impacted individuals Lived experience with reentry or recovery valued Knowledge of trauma-informed or strength-based approaches Related experience or education in social services, workforce development, or behavioral health Compensation & Benefits $30/hour 35 hours per week (flexible scheduling within program needs) Hybrid work environment (in-office, in-community, and remote) Mileage reimbursement for approved work-related travel Professional development opportunities Flexible time off Contingencies Employment is contingent upon: Successful completion of a background check (as applicable to program requirements) Ability to work within community, outreach, and/or correctional environments Reliable transportation for outreach and participant engagement Employment with Leveled Up Reentry is at-will, meaning that either the employee or the organization may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with applicable laws.
