Job Description
The Program Specialist is responsible for oversight and compliance with Title 55 PA Code Chapter 6100 and 6400 regulations within the residential group homes. Full-time position, salaried exempt $1,000/week | $1,000 Sign-On Bonus ($500 at 90 days + $500 at 180 days)
Responsibilities Include:
Coordination, completion, and development of assessments, plans, and protocols Participation in the development and implementation of the Individual Plan (IP), annual updates, and revisions Coordinating, supervising, monitoring, and evaluating services provided to individuals Coordinating and conducting training for direct support workers on health and safety needs relevant to each individual Must Have One of the
Following, Per Regulations:
Master's degree and 1 year of experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience working directly with individuals with an intellectual disability or autism
Additional Requirements:
Completion of an ODP-approved FBA training or equivalent (evidence of training completed within 5 years of hire or completion within 180 days of hire) Must possess a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of good driving history and meet driver eligibility criteria Basic computer skills required Proficiency with inputting, measuring, analyzing, and interpreting data within an Electronic Health Record Comfortable navigating digital platforms
